"Urban Kryptonite" Creator Damien Mcswine Interview

This is very informative watch courtesy of Style Amplified, and great addition to the natural health community discussion, and someone else’s journey – Damien in this case – into it and promoting through it. I’m anticipating this brother’s book as well, just the title “Urban Kryptonite” with its superman/comic book reference to the dilemma of “good food” or the guise of its nutrition being weakness of a culture was enticing to me -- Not to mention Damien also has a documentary coming out to counterpart the text.

A lot of good bits in here, particularly the “titanium toe joint” story (what the what?) and Damien mentioning his not claiming any heavy professionalism, but just knowing very well that anybody, like he himself did, can become knowledgeable at ease with what’s out there for public consumption. Good stuff to build on…
